Use Enrich+ to Build a Segment of High-Income Users

Goals

Use Simon Enrich+ to unlock additional attributes about your customers — including demographic, lifestyle, and financial insights — so you can better target and personalize your campaigns.

This guide walks through how to build a segment of high-income customers using Enrich+ attributes and how to prepare that segment for activation in your next campaign.

Enrich+ is an optional add-on

Contact your account manager to enable Enrich+ in your Simon account.

Prerequisites

You’ll need:

📘

Ask your account manager if you're unsure which table includes Enrich+ fields.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Segments and click Create Segment.
  2. Give your segment a clear name like: High-Income Customers (Enrich+). Make sure the box to auto-generate the segment description using AI is checked for greater ease of use.
  3. Click + Property Filter, then Property Filter again (not Segment Filter), then find the fields within your Enrich+ customer property table. For this example, select: household_income.
  4. Choose a value that reflects your targeting criteria, such as: >= $100K. You can also combine this with other fields like lifestyle_segment = Luxury Traveler.

💡

Tip:

Click Recalculate on the right-hand side of the segment criteria to see how many contacts qualify for this segment.

  1. Once you're satisfied with the audience, save your segment.
  2. From the left navigation, go to Flows.
  3. Create a new Flow using your Enrich+ segment.
  4. Choose a destination channel, such as:
    • Email (to personalize luxury offers)
    • Paid Media (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads)
    • SMS (if targeting opted-in users)

Enrich+ pairs well with Simon Match+

Use Enrich+ to find high-value users and use Match+ to amplify your reach with additional identifiers for paid media.

Best Practices

  • ✅ Combine enriched data with behavioral data for more precise targeting
  • ✅ Test personalization strategies using enriched fields
  • ✅ Start small, prove impact, then scale to other use cases

FAQs
